- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chamber, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Physiotherapy center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of social media and communication tools
- Ability to handle patients professionally and calmly
- Experience in healthcare, PR, or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities & Context
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients
- Communicate with patients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups
- Manage social media communication and patient engagement
- Support promotional activities and awareness campaigns
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to improve patient experience
