Additional Requirements

Coordinate pre-production activities including sample development, fabric and trim sourcing, and proto/sample approvals.
Work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution of pre-production tasks.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms for fabrics, trims, and other materials.
Oversee the development of tech packs and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure product quality.
Monitor and track the progress of pre-production activities, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
Establish and maintain documentation and records related to pre-production processes and materials.
Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for pre-production workflows.
Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with production timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to pre-production processes, and recommend improvements or optimizations as needed.
