Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare price quotations and profit analysis.
- Maintain and update CRM software for customer data and team tracking.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Organize and monitor weekly and monthly meetings, follow up on the pipeline and achievements, and track team performance
- Create and manage supplier/vendor enlistments (local and foreign).
- Coordinate proactively with internal and HQ teams to optimize operations.
- Follow up on prospective orders with salesperson until it gets finalized.
- Maintain professional conduct to promote the company’s image and comply with all organizational guidelines.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
