Education

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing or visa consultancy role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Google Meet, calendar apps)
• Fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated experience in sales, persuasive communication, and client care
• Highly organized, independent, proactive, and results-driven

Responsibilities & Context

• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
• Manage client paperwork and documentation for premium visa applications
• Provide personalized consultations with potential and current clients
• Prepare detailed client profiles and maintain accurate records
• Maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver around-the-clock support when necessary to ensure client satisfaction
