The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 50 years
Only Male

3–5 years of experience in security management (Army/Navy/Airforce/Police/Ansar background preferred)

Previous experience working in a school campus environment will get preference

Physically fit, disciplined, and professional in conduct

Proactive, intelligent & smart enough in handling any unexpected event

Need to be skilled in action blending physical security with the points of security intelligence

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise, train, and deploy assigned security guards

Conduct a daily briefing with guards before duty starts

Conduct daily opening/closing security inspections and patrols

Manage visitor, vehicle, and access control

Monitor CCTV and maintain security records

Ensure security during student arrival/dismissal and special events

Handle fire and emergency situations, including evacuation and immediate response

Communicate effectively with emergency Security & Safety services (Fire Service, Ambulance, Police) during incidents

Respond to and report incidents and emergencies

Submit weekly and monthly security reports to school management
