Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Officer (Presales and Document Preparation) to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, Documentation, and business development.

 

Role Overview:

As a Presales and Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by supporting the sales team with accurate and timely documentation. Your responsibilities will include maintaining tender documentation preparation, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting in the creation of persuasive sales materials. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance our efficiency in securing new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain tender documentation in accordance with client requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support during sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
