Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing english.
  • Must be graduate from a reputed University.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wireless Networking, and Network Security.
  • Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and solution designs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site surveys, and technical engagements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise networking products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Ruijie, Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, Juniper, or similar networking technologies.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, MTCNA, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with system integrators, ISPs, or IT distributors is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview: As our business continues to expand across Bangladesh, we are strengthening both our sales and technical support structure.

Our business operates under two main tracks:

Regional Sales focuses on ISP customers and volume-driven router products

The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with SI (System Integrators) and leads SMB project-based sales

This role serves as a core technical position responsible for developing and driving project-based technical solutions, while supporting SI partners in successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local SI partners and build strong technical relationships.
  • Design network solutions for SMB projects (Switches, APs, Gateways, etc.).
  • Prepare technical proposals, network diagrams, and product selection documents.
  • Conduct technical presentations, solution briefings, and bidding support.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to drive project progress.
  • Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for SI partners.
  • Collect project feedback and continuously improve local solution strategies
