Responsibilities & Context
We are 100% Export-Oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the Store Department in a Knit Garments Factory.
Job location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Responsible for the total Store of the factory.
Maintaining & follow-up of stock register of all imported oriented items.
Ensure the requirements of all accessories meet the buyer`s demand.
Ensure all accessories are supplied to the factory according to consumption.
Maintaining of stock register of all local trims, accessories, stationery, and printing, etc.
Maintain all store areas in a safe and hygienic condition.
Maintain stock register of all imported machinery, spare parts & equipment.
Maintaining the order of ways swatch card/ trims card.
Prepared monthly stock statement report to related persons.
Maintaining all stock registers by the bin card system.
Face the annual inventory audit with the external & internal auditor.
Always ensure communication with suppliers.
Remaining accessories report to the management after shipment.
Maintaining all orders & buyers` ways after shipment closing report.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
