Requirements
Education
Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in any subject, but Education is preferable.
Applicant must have completed O’ & A’ levels (English Medium Background) or possess IELTS 6.5 minimum certificate.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Should have an experience and understanding of how to teach children aged 3-12.
- Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately gauge student performance.
- Must be able to keep accurate records of assessment data.·
- Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
- Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.·
- Should be able to demonstrate lessons, and teaching methods employed in previous jobs and their outcome/effectiveness.
- Should be we apt to teach all reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with PROOF of track record·
- Must be able to show teaching aids and previous mock tests/lesson plans·
- Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
- Knowledge of Rubrics grading system a plus.
- Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy a plus.
- Any teacher’s training completed is also a plus
- Teaching/Training and it should be included in the CV with dates of joining and leaving.
- CV’s that do not mention work experience will be rejected.
