Requirements

Education

• Master of Education (M.Ed)

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal/ Section Head in a reputed school, preferably in an English Medium school.
• Alternatively, 15 years’ experience as a senior teacher with proven administrative skills.
• Strong command over English in all forms and excellent administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead the development of syllabi, teaching materials, session plans, and class routines.
• Implement academic policies, rules, and regulations.
• Lead and inspire the school community to achieve academic excellence.
• Oversee academic programs and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Develop and implement policies aligned with the school’s vision.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of educators.
• Engage with parents, students, and the community to build strong partnerships.
• Oversee financial management and resource allocation.
