The Lalmatia branch is the first step in a grand vision to expand across Bangladesh. Gradually, 10 schools will be established in different parts of Dhaka Metropolitan, along with 1 school in each divisional city and 1 school in selected potential districts InshaAllah. This initiative aims to make high-quality, value-based education accessible to more communities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and visionary leadership to uphold the school’s academic and ethical standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, particularly the British curriculum (Cambridge/Edexcel), integrated with Islamic values.
• Lead and mentor faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative school culture.
• Manage the school’s daily operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the school board, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful integration of Hifzul Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic Language into the curriculum.
