We are looking for target and career-oriented Principal in our Institute.

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure the overall academic and administrative functions in the institution.
To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the Institute.
Responsible for disciplining the students and administration.
Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, teaching materials according to the Institutional standard.
Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the Institutional syllabus·
Make strategic plans for admissions·
Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required.
Organize annual programs.
Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the Institutional standard.
Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.
