Requirements
Education
- BSc engineering in any discipline from recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience as trade instructor (trainer)/vice principal or principal.OR candidate having diploma engineering with 5 plus years of experiences as trade instructor/vice principal, principal of any technical institute.
- Preference will be given to the candidate having completion of NTVQF level 2-4 certificate.

Responsibilities & Context
- To be act as the representative of institute & ambassador to promote positive internal and external relationships.
- Plan and supervise implementation of institutional education and training programs. Initiate development programs for the institute & mobilize resources for their implementation.
- He should lead the whole team including trainer/instructor, students, staff and parents.
- Make sure liaison in-between operation management team, district and upazila level govt. officials, NSDA, donors and others development partners.
- Control over budget, financial record keeping and reporting, develop and time to time reviewing trade wise curriculum and also ensure project and session wise students enrollment.
