Education

• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from BUET, CUET, KUET or Foreign University
• Professional certification or licensure as an architect preferred.

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Textile, Hotel, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Poultry, Real Estate, Sanitary ware, Furniture, Power, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

The Principal Architect (Industrial) position entails leading the design, planning, and execution of large-scale industrial projects. This senior role requires expertise in industrial architecture, project management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design for industrial facilities.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
• Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
