Responsibilities & Context

Saic Group contributes their effort on a large scale in the education sector in Bangladesh. Almost 1000 (Administrative + Academic) staff is employed under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their study under Saic Group. Now we are looking for Principle/Vice Principal for Anowara Polytechnic Institute, Dinajpur.The role of the Principal/Vice-Principal will be to provide leadership, direction, and coordination. The Principal’s/ Vice Principal’s main focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his institute and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning.

  • Provide overall oversight, leadership, and communication for the department’s academic programs by developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan and goals for academic program growth.
  • He must take care of all academic matters of the Institute.He must take care of overall administrationOperating academic activities according to the rules and regulations of BTEB and Institute.
  • Implementing the institutional Organogram in each and every level of the institution.
  • Running and operating the Institute according to the organization’s Service Rules.
  • Conducting Gap analysis of the teaching staffs and arranging training sessions according to the analysis, to enhance their performances.
  • Be responsible for the preparation of timetables, class lists and schedules, and supervision schedules and be responsible for their functioning.
  • Hold regular staff meetings for the purpose of discussing educational and administrative matters.
  • Be responsible for the proper registration and for the maintenance of up-to-date student cumulative records.
  • Maintain or direct the maintenance of other records and files, and the preparation and submission of reports as required.
  • Supervise to ensuring 100% industrial experience through extensive networking and communication.
  • Performing public relation duties and assist management Forming international linkages and developing network globally.
  • Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.
