Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement school policies and programs through planning, assessment, data analysis for decision-making, School Improvement Plan development, and fiscal resource allocation.
- Supervise the development and implementation of Individualized Educational Programs (IEP).
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment methods.
- Promote high standards of academic achievement and instructional excellence.
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all students and facilitate parental involvement in the school.
- Serve as a bridge between the school and the community, overseeing funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships.
- Address student behavior and discipline consistently, support extracurricular activities, represent the school at events, and oversee facility maintenance.
