Job Context
ACED School English Version is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, dynamic and responsible academic leader for the position of Principal / Vice Principal. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing effective academic leadership, maintaining institutional discipline and ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
Supervise and monitor teaching, learning and academic activities.
Lead and evaluate teachers and academic staff.
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic plans.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Monitor students` academic performance and overall development.
Conduct and coordinate examinations, academic meetings and institutional activities.
Communicate effectively with teachers, students, guardians and management.
Arrange teacher training and professional development activities.
Develop and implement institutional policies and academic strategies.
Ensure quality education and compliance with institutional standards.
Handle other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
