Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• BSC in CS/CSE (Preferable)

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, Garments, Buying House

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Working experience is a must in the implementation of ERP software (like SAP/ORACLE/SAGE or others).
• Experience working on Agile/Waterfall method in SDLC environment.

Responsibilities & Context

It’s a Permanent Job Position.

• Oversee the Existing Work Process: Research and analyze an organization’s existing Business Processes.
• Business Processes Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, and data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Process Mapping: Creating clear process maps and flow chart for existing procedures. Experience in creating documentation of functional specifications (i.e. Business blueprint or software requirement specification).
• Requirements Assembling: Collaborate with all departments and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications and reporting.
• Documentation Process: Create detailed documentation of business requirements and user manuals to facilitate effective communication and understanding among all layers of the staffs and stakeholders.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet business requirements and are free from defects Stakeholder
• Communication: Communicate regularly with staff members, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and system optimization to enhance business operations. Validating enterprise solutions and obtaining users’ feedback.
• Develop Reporting Templates: Analyze existing reporting templates and developing new reports for top management, executives in different levels and shareholders to support their recommendations for improvements.
