Job Context

We are looking a dynamic and responsible “Process Engineering” for our Textile Factory situated at Sreepur, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

Regularly monitor and assess the ongoing production processes to ensure compliance with established process.
Ensure that the production process is running efficiently and within the desired parameters.
Identify any deficiencies or bottlenecks in the production process that could affect quality, efficiency, or output.
Propose and implement corrective actions to address these deficiencies.
Continuously analyze current processes and suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Collaborate with other departments to implement process changes and improvements.
Ensure that the production processes meet the quality standards set by the company.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that any quality issues are addressed promptly.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding process improvements, production efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
