Educational & Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in:
• Night market sourcing or supply-related roles
• Supplying perishable items to hotels/restaurants
• Cold chain or fresh goods distribution
• Familiarity with Dhaka’s major markets (Karwan Bazar, Jatrabari, etc.) is preferred
• Basic computer or mobile app knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp) etc.

Skills & Expertise:

• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Honest, reliable, and productivity-focused
• Able to work independently at night
• Team player with strong discipline
• Physically fit and energetic
• Must be flexible with timing as per workload.

Responsibilities & Context

Shift Timing: 12.30AM – 10.00AM(Night Shift)

About the Role: Shobchai is hiring two proactive and responsible individuals to jointly manage short-night-shift operations involving sourcing, purchasing, and delivery coordination. The role is essential for fulfilling daily supply orders of fish, vegetables, imported items and other perishable goods to high-end hotels

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Executive (Market Survey Focus):

• Visit night wholesale markets for daily price and quality checks
• Identify best suppliers for premium/local/imported goods
• Communicate live updates on price, quality, and availability
• Maintain daily market survey report

Purchase & Delivery Executive (Operations Focus):

• Finalize and execute purchases based on daily demand
• Supervise the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
• Maintain inventory levels, purchase logs, and supplier records
• Communicate with clients and solve any night-time delivery issues
