• To meet the monthly target of purchase.
• Day to day follow up with suppliers to meet company’s requirements.

Responsibilities & Context

• Seeking reliable vendors and suppliers requires a strong grasp of product sourcing and vendor management.
• Developing, leading, and executing purchasing strategies is essential.
• A deep understanding of negotiation strategies, solid judgment, and decision-making skills are crucial to closing deals with optimal terms.
• Analyzing data, performing cost analysis, and benchmarking are necessary tasks.
• Forecasting price and market trends and assessing suppliers’ ability to ensure timely delivery of products, goods, or services are vital.
• Maintaining all purchasing-related documents such as quotations, work orders, bills, and challans is imperative.
• Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand is essential.
