- Minimum 2 years experience in product analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Proficient in database software.
- Must be good at Excel and doing Data Analysis
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
- Excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the companys’ current and future needs.
- Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
- Measuring and monitoring the product or service’s performance as well as presenting product related consumer, market, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
- Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
- Proficiency in any analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
- Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
- Oversee and arrange sessions within the organization and other companies to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
