Responsibilities & Context
- Stay in communication with the client’s customer support team and onboarding team.
- Receive technical issues forwarded by the CS and Onboarding teams and troubleshoot the issues.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s development team.
- Web designing (creating and editing).
- Utilizing CSM Solutions such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
- Using popular website building services (e.g. Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy GoCentral, etc.
- Use browser developer tools for debugging.
