Position Name: Product Development Manager – Jersey.

Job Responsibilities·
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with company strategy and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.· Define product vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Lead and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work with design and engineering teams to develop product specifications and requirements.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring the product is user-friendly and meets market demands.
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success.· Communicate product progress and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the product.· Perform ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Use insights to adjust product strategy and development priorities.
- Develop and manage the product development budget.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
- Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
