Responsibilities & Context

To perform feasibility study of proposed new products in the Animal Health Division.
To prepare Recipe & Annexure for submission to Drugs Administration.
To determine raw & packaging materials specifications & quantifications, raise requisition of the same to commercial department for new products.
To under take production of Lab batch, Pilot batch / Stability batch, Trial batch / Scale up batch of new products/reformulation products making liaison with Production, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory & Commercial department as & when required.
To review formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
To prepare product sample for submission to Drug testing Laboratory as per established protocol.
To prepare and update all documents i.e. specifications, formulations, process sheet, validation protocol, analytical methods, product manuals, dossiers, procedures and instructions related to cGMP & ISO.
