  Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Familiar with material properties and their processing technic.
• Professional with Office, AutoCAD and Solid works.

Responsibilities & Context

• Implement new plastic product introduction from launch to mass production.
• Prepare 2D & 3D plastic product drawings, BOM and product specification.
• Follow up schedule of new mold, jig, fixture, equipment…etc.;
• Organize and follow up new plastic products testing.
• Improve plastic product according to customer and factory.
• Summarize plastic product development experience and improve product quality continuously.
• Follow up new plastic product sample order.
• Organize and implement new plastic product review, verification and confirmation.
• Follow up new plastic product pre-production.
• Solve after sales technical issue.
• Improve production process and quality with QE.
