Department: Product Management Department (PMD)

Job Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka.

Job Description / Responsibility:

Prepare promotional planning & develop promotional materials accordingly and coordinate the marketing activities of assigned portfolio.
To find out the opportunities of potential products & launch the new products of assigned portfolio.
To establish & maintain focused /core brands & ensure output.
Train the field force on assigned products, conduct monthly sales conference & other scientific seminars.
Manage good relationship with key customers, identifying their needs, preferences and ensure timely support for the market development.
To monitor prescription rate nationwide & region wise.
To monitor sales & take corrective measures if required.
