Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed institution.

Additional certifications in product management or related fields will be considered a plus.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in battery technology, energy storage, or related industries.

Proven track record of managing product development projects and successfully launching products.

Strong knowledge of battery technologies, energy systems, and related components.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using project management tools and software.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for lithium battery technologies, aligning with company goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Accounts, Sales, Marketing) to dene product positioning, pricing, competitive dierentiation, translate customer needs and market opportunities into technical specications.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, technical evaluations, and risk assessments for new product features and improvements.
• Work closely with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings in the energy storage and lithium battery space.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the product meets user requirements.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch, including creating training materials, technical specifications, and marketing content.
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards and safety certifications for lithium batteries, including transportation, environmental, and end-user safety regulations.
• Coordinate testing and certification processes for various markets, such as UL, CE, and IEC standards for lithium batteries.
