Responsibilities & Context

Product Manager of Home Appliance products under HAP Operating Unit of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.
Product monitoring, maintaining product matrix, stock, service and ensure delivery.
Propose new products proposal to management according to market demand, propose product demand for existing models as forecast.
Identifying Proper product flow, product aging, slow moving product & take necessary steps for slow moving products sales, arranging promotional activities, ensure product display & monitoring any critical after sales service issue, share product knowledge with WSMS & Marketing team.
Maintain close connection with sales team to evaluate reactions to and suitability of present promotional material and to ensure optimal use of promotional material.
Provide monthly target for respective area managers Distributor Network.
Product Monitoring, Sales Monitoring & Ensure Delivery.
Provide product support & Stock Support to Area Managers.
Achieve Sales & Collection Target.
Prepare Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Report, Provide Daily Stock Report, Analyzing Competitors` offers & compare it with our policy.
Articulating customer problems.
Connect with unit heads to maintain and execute company policies and objectives.
Perform as reference points for all requests related to products and collaborate with other staff.
To monitor the distribution, sales and consumer reactions through well-conducted market research
