Job Context:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Product Manager for our Home Appliances segment at Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage sales and distribution, execute marketing and branding initiatives, oversee promotional activities, and ensure efficient operations and supply chain management for our SMART home appliances. This role requires a strategic leader with excellent communication skills to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share for the Home Appliances segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for home appliances sales and distribution.
Marketing & Branding:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and appeal of our home appliances.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Promotion & Advertising:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy promotional materials and advertisements.
- Organize product launches, events, and demonstrations to boost product awareness and sales.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations related to the home appliances segment, ensuring smooth execution of sales, distribution, and customer service activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
Commercial Work & Supply Chain Management:
- Manage commercial activities, including pricing, negotiations, and contracts with suppliers and partners.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management to maintain optimal stock levels and timely product availability.
Sourcing & Procurement:
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best deals for quality home appliances products.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve after-sales service and support.
Any other task assigned by the management.
