Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product roadmaps for IFP, Video Walls, KIOSKS, Digital Signage, Display Solutions devices.
- Continuously assess market trends and user needs to refine the product strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with product principals and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), agreements, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage the shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Conduct benchmarking against competitors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Oversee after-sales service, including spare parts management and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with service teams to maintain high standards of after-sales support.
- Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners to tailor products to specific market needs and company specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines with OEM/ODM partners to ensure cost-effective and timely product delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage product inventory and ensure availability.
- Forecast demand and plan for stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design and develop products that meet quality standards and consumer expectations.
- Ensure all products meet industry regulations and standards for safety, performance, and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and proactively address any issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on product performance, market trends, and financials.
- Develop and manage the product budget, including costs associated with research, development, marketing, and operations.
- Track product profitability and collaborate with finance teams to ensure products meet financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development, launch activities, and post-launch analysis.
- Foster collaboration between departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support.
- Mentor and develop junior product team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of products to market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international and local OEM/ODM partners.
- Collaborate with partners to customize products based on market needs and company specifications.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with OEM/ODM partners to optimize product cost and quality.
- Ensure that all products developed through OEM/ODM partnerships meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements, modifications, or discontinuations based on data and market feedback.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Conduct competitive analysis and adjust pricing as necessary to meet market conditions and business objectives.
- Define unique selling propositions (USPs) for each product and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop sales strategies, tools, and training materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including product launches, digital marketing, and trade shows.
