Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a reputed university.
- MBA preferred.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Responsibilities & Context
Core Responsibility:
- Lead the assigned product category, driving end-to-end operations and achieving business targets through effective planning and execution.
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities (local & international) in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring timely delivery with top-quality standards.
Additional Responsibility:
- Develop, review, and finalize various contracts/agreements (NDA, MoU, AMC, service, spare parts, SKD/CKD BOM) along with pre-inspection checklists.
- Organize and conduct monthly product training sessions for Sales Consultants and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and performance. Maintain the monthly market visit schedule to enhance product sales through effective planning and implementation.
- Maintain and implement SOP, IQC/PQC/OQC protocols, ensuring process standardization, compliance, and necessary customization.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/HOD/Supervisor.
