- The candidate has 8/10 years` experience in the related fields.
- Recommends the nature & scope of present & future product lines by reviewing product specifications & requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product.
- Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for the smooth production flow to achieve right quality, quantity & WIP Control. Minimize wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity. Maintain highest standard of sewing quality.
- Condition will be relaxed for highly experience candidate or outstanding performers.
