Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and monitor cutting operations on a PO-wise basis to meet production plans and specifications.
- Ensure timely availability of input materials for each PO, coordinating with sourcing and inventory teams.
- Track production output to ensure alignment with quality and quantity targets.
- Supervise the packing process, ensuring accurate PO-wise labelling, tagging, and packaging.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages to maintain product standards and identify issues.
- Maintain detailed records of cutting, input, output, packing, and inspection activities for each PO.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to address any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations in all operational stages.
- Generate regular reports on PO-wise production progress and share updates with management
