Responsibilities & Context

• Follow up yarn, knitting, fabric, accessories, cutting, printing, embroidery (inhouse & outside) to ensure input in sewing line as per line plan wise
• Follow up daily production target and achievement, set alternative with head of all departments and assist them to take appropriate action
• Identify the problems and give early alert to minimize the problem for ensuring delivery on time
• Coordinate to solve any critical issue by discussion with all departments, make time, action and maintain strictly to ensure on time shipment
• Prepare all types production report and PO wise report
