Achieve and exceed production targets within specified timelines.
Oversee production operations to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate safety hazards to promote a secure work environment.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
Investigate production issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Efficiently allocate labor and materials to maximize production output.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
