Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure daily production plan.
- Arrange manpower based on the production plan.
- Arrange training to improve human skills.
- Analysis all defective products and act.
- Ensure material management.
- Manpower controlling.
- Maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery and 5s.
