Providing technical advice to production staff, product development, quality control & marketing staff.
Daily developing new color by paint pigment recipe.
Operating knowledge about spectrophometer including computer software system.
Colour judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection).
Using reference samples to identify color requirements & maintain CMC value within standard level.
Ensuring color fastness, accurate color production, stability & durability of products.
Using color measuring equipment, light source to ensure color reliability in pigments.
Controlling sample & bulk production within same quality standards.
Weekly sub material and chemical inventory report preparation.
Cleaning, maintenance & calibration of spectrophometer and other instruments of analysis lab.
Ensure 5s & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.
Ensure product quality by standard operating procedure (SOP).
Monthly PPE distribution, monitoring & control.
Customer claim analysis & report making.
Keeping up to date with trends and innovations within the profession.
Producing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
Conduct training to subordinates & workers.
Any other tasks assign by the department manager.
