Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Production In-Charge to ensure smooth operations, quality output, and efficient resource utilization. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for optimizing production processes, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute production based on forecasts and targets.
• Ensure smooth operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Optimize machine utilization and monitor key production parameters.
• Lead and manage the production team for daily operations.
• Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S, Kaizen, Clita, and SIM methodologies.
• Track employee attendance and optimize workforce productivity.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training programs
