Responsibilities & Context
1. Daily all machine check & ensure ready to production.
2. To execute all orders as per plan, and input ensure for the production.
3. Take Production target setup and monitoring, calculate the daily efficiency of each machine.
4. Ensure per machine production efficiency as per target.
5. Ensure product quality & minimize wastage as well as overall cost.
6. Ensuring proper use of manpower, reducing idle, and assigning the whole production people to work.
7. Arrange open discussions with the production employee others department about different problems (production risk) and try to solve those as early as possible.
8. Ensuring an orderly working environment on the production floor.
