Overview: The New Asia Group is comprised of six entities forming a vertically-integrated apparel manufacturing organization, headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are seeking a compatible Production In-Charge/Officer (Knitting) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Responsibilities:

• Shifting duty in production floor;
• Program wise order follow up;
• Follow Up Order Wise Yarn Received, Yarn delivery & Knitting production record;
• Working with Floor Manager to achieve TNA target;
• Working in collaboration with other team members to ensure quality of knit production;
• Ensure production target as per given advance planning;
• Maintain & follow-up all production & quality parameters;
• Plan and ensure maximum utilization of machines;
• Maintain a healthy atmosphere with management to deliver high quality goods in time;
• Any other task assigned by the reporting authority.
