- Diploma in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context
- উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া পরিকল্পনা, নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করা যাতে সময়মতো অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হয়।
- প্রতিদিনের প্রোডাকশন টার্গেট সেট করা এবং তা নিশ্চিত করতে টিমকে নেতৃত্ব দেওয়া।
- কাটিং, সেলাই, ফিনিশিং ও প্যাকিং বিভাগের কাজ সমন্বয় করা।
- উৎপাদনের মান (Quality) বজায় রাখতে কিউসি টিমের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে কাজ করা।
- ফ্যাব্রিক, এক্সেসরিজ ও অন্যান্য র’ ম্যাটেরিয়াল সময়মতো নিশ্চিত করা।
- শ্রমিক ও সুপারভাইজারদের পারফরম্যান্স মনিটর করা এবং প্রয়োজনে ট্রেনিং দেওয়া।
- প্রোডাকশন রিপোর্ট, ওয়ার্ক ইন প্রগ্রেস (WIP) এবং ডেলিভারি স্ট্যাটাস নিয়মিতভাবে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জানানো।
- মেশিন, মেইনটেন্যান্স ও সেফটি সংক্রান্ত ইস্যু দ্রুত সমাধানের ব্যবস্থা করা।
- অপচয় (wastage) কমিয়ে উৎপাদনের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করা।
- ক্লায়েন্ট ও মার্চেন্ডাইজারদের সাথে প্রোডাকশন আপডেট নিয়ে সমন্বয় রাখা।
- কোম্পানির নীতিমালা, শ্রম আইন ও সেফটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুসারে কাজ নিশ্চিত করা।
- প্রয়োজনে নতুন প্রযুক্তি ও প্রোডাকশন সিস্টেম প্রয়োগে উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
