- Oversee and manage daily factory production operations
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage production teams effectively
- Collaborate with engineering and inventory departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Handle troubleshooting and minimize production downtime
- Any other tasks as may be required by the company from time to time
