Responsibilities & Context

Act as the in command to follow the production process, drawing up a production schedule; involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage

1. Ensure that the production is cost-effective;

2. Decide what resources and required;

3. Assist to ensure the production is completed as per schedule

4. Minimize production waste and frequently develop new ways of production to optimize resources

5. Estimate cost and set the quality standards;

6. Work with management to implement the company’s policies and goals;

7. Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
