Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Officer to oversee the manufacturing process in our knitting factory. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the knitting or textile industry.
Strong knowledge of knitting machinery and production processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities in the knitting department.
Monitor the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Plan and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
Ensure the proper maintenance of knitting machinery and equipment.
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare production reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Resolve any issues or delays in the production process promptly.
Continuously work to improve production processes and reduce waste.
