Applicant should have sufficient knowledge in AutoCAD & excellent on MS Office suite
Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
Applicants are expected to be Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous, detailed, well organized and focused to meet deadlines.
Candidate have knowledge on 7S Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen will have added preference.

Responsibilities & Context

We seek an experienced individual for the role of Production Manager (PM). Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 ton/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meter/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.
Accountable for daily production and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to the buyer’s quality requirements. Boost output while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing wasteful expenditures. Keep a close eye on hourly output and work to enhance productivity. Supervise the entire manufacturing process and prepare the necessary documentation in accordance with ISO standards. Maintaining product quality in accordance with customer and industry standards. Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline. In charge of improving the performance and skills of workers. Address bottlenecks and provide solutions. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of garment quality, as well as a thorough understanding of the complete manufacturing/Industrial Engineering & Quality Assurance Process in addition to new manufacturing techniques Assess subordinate performance, disciplinary issues, and training requirements to improve production capabilities. Pursue 100 percent capacity utilization and waste reduction. Ensure the correct training of new joiners to maintain production capacity and quality. Increase efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs and ensuring factory compliance. Ensure that the company’s rules and procedures are adhered to. Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws. Create and implement SOP for every level of manufacturing activity. Monitoring, leading and managing employees to guide them to achieve higher productivity as well as maintaining good relations with all staff and workers to ensure attendance. Accountable for maintaining floor Administration Any further tasks that the management may assign. Conduct root cause studies and put corrective measures in place. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
