Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain layout and production target.
- Maintain take the order sheet and discuses shipment schedule.
- Monitor store , cutting, sewing and finishing.
- Monitor hourly production target.
- Full ability to support production.
- Monitor give shipment time to time.
- Controlling the cost reduction also better productivity and quality improvement.
- Make sure suitable production plan with team.
- Build up strong team production key point area.
- Follow and ensure hourly production achievable without delay.
- Ensure all critical operation quality point with measurement.
- Make sure quality full product with buyer requirement.
- According to SMV layout makes & sets.
- Procedure of high production and improve efficiency.
- Maintaining and controlling any others responsibilities by the top management.
