Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain layout and production target.
• Maintain take the order sheet and discuses shipment schedule.
• Monitor store , cutting, sewing and finishing.
• Monitor hourly production target.
• Full ability to support production.
• Monitor give shipment time to time.
• Controlling the cost reduction also better productivity and quality improvement.
• Make sure suitable production plan with team.
• Build up strong team production key point area.
• Follow and ensure hourly production achievable without delay.
• Ensure all critical operation quality point with measurement.
• Make sure quality full product with buyer requirement.
• According to SMV layout makes & sets.
• Procedure of high production and improve efficiency.
• Maintaining and controlling any others responsibilities by the top management.
