Responsibilities & Context

• Must be able to strictly maintain a full section/department. Must be able to efficiently plan, organize and execute production line, ensure quality and on time delivery.
• Must be able to understand or have knowledge machine operations, printing, cutting, lamination, die-cutting etc. production mechanisms, have knowledge in raw materials and appropriate costing of the products.
• The candidate must have knowledge in computer operations.
• Must be able to receive and understand work orders/PO copies, make requisition of Raw Materials to store, engage production and plan delivery as well as provide daily basis reports on production, wastage, delivery to the management.
• Must be able to maintain/decrease wastage in production time to time to ensure production efficiency.
• Must be a very sincere individual who will lead his team efficiently and proactively for the department.
• Must have excellent communication skills as well.
