Responsibilities & Context
Context:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of food. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
Job Responsibilities:
1. The production Manager will responsible for the manufacturing operations of the plant and to lead employees and continually improving the production processes while meeting or exceeding Key Indicators and Customer expectations.
2. Develop, lead, and analysis the projects, specifications, and outcomes to meet Company goals.
3. Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly along with Quality Control, implementing & monitoring of ISO/Quality systems of plant.
4. Ensuring that health and safety standards are meet, and that safe working practices are followed.
5. Ensuring that products meet quality standards, and that the manufacturing process is reliable.
6. Creating and managing production schedules, including the delivery of raw materials, manufacturing time, and storage of finished products.
7. Motivating and supporting production staff, and providing guidance.
8. Communicating with upper management about issues affecting production.
9. Taking inventory and ordering supplies.
10. Developing workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
11. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production.
12. Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices about competition.
13. Setting productivity goals for manufacturing teams.
14. Oversees the processing of production work orders in accordance with established standard operating procedures to meet company objectives.
15. Responsible for solving production problems in consultation with factory management.
16. Responsible for training and testing processes for all new and existing employees.
17. Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.
18. Preparing reports on activities and presenting them to upper management.
19. Any other task assigned by Management.
